* Perishable Goods: Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on correctly delivered merchandise.
* Wrong Items Delivered: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will issue a replacement or refund, provided the incorrect item remains unopened and sealed.
# 3. Refunds & Guarantees
You are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the following conditions:
* Manufacturing Defects: The product has a verifiable defect or safety seal issue upon arrival.
* Severe Delay: The order does not arrive at your delivery address within 15 business days of order confirmation.
# 4. Shipping & Customer Responsibility
* Address Accuracy: Customers are entirely responsible for providing correct and complete shipping addresses. Please double-check your zip codes.
* Voided Guarantees: Bombay Sauce is not liable for product damage, spoilage, or non-delivery caused by incorrect shipping information. In these instances, the customer must bear the costs of a new replacement order.
* Unauthorised Returns: Please do not mail packages back to us or refuse delivery without prior written approval from our customer service team, as we cannot track or process unapproved returns.
